If merchandise is received damaged, all claims must be reported within 48 hrs. of receipt of merchandise.
If item/s cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued.
Merchandise cannot be cancelled prior to receiving merchandise.
Merchandise cannot be cancelled by refusing to accept delivery of merchandise.
